products from Packaging Corporation of America (PCA). PCA has an extensive design center located in
Plymouth, Michigan and services the expendable and durable packaging needs for the automotive
industry.

Custom design of interior packaging using an aray of plastic materials i.e. polyethelene,
cross-linked foams, corrugated plastic. These applications are used for interior and exterior trim
and powertrain component packaging and can be used in conjunction with manually and mechanically
handled systems.

VACUUM-FORMED |

The integration of fabricated steel racks and baskets with vacuum formed, or injection-molded, dunnage
allows us to provide dunnage designs that are more effective in controlling quality, cost and timing.
Vacuum-formed packaging applications include trays for various powertrain, interior and exterior trim
components. We specialize in deep-draw designs and heavy gauge applications.
